Tom brought that can do attitude into all aspects of the real estate business. He earned his GRI designation in 1982 and his CRS designation in 1983 putting him in a class with only 3% of all Realtors. He received his brokers license in 1987 and opened his own property management firm. In 1988 he became a real estate instructor teaching a 60 hour prelicensing course in Virginia. In 1998 he opened his own school in Virginia where over 90% of his students passed the state exam on their first try.
